FEEDER SHOP

This well-equipped facility processes the components up to the finished stage. This consists of a raw materials loading, molding and a fabrication section.

Material Cutting and Feeding systems have been installed in the raw materials loading section to help optimize the processing efficiency.

The moulding section is equipped with various standard moulds such as horizontal, vertical cylindrical mandrels, sheet , dome moulds and a range of connection fittings, sheet, anchoring moulds. Standard electrical and manual equipments are deployed in the fabrication section to make the product fabrication easy and develop equipments and components to industry standards.

ASSEMBLY SHOP

The assembly shop receives equipments, components, and other fabricated material along with the respective moulds from the feeder shop or from the sub-vendors and are assembled by a team of master craftsman and trained technician. High roofing with restriction free floor area of the assembly shop is provided for easy and comfortable movements of the fabricated equipments. Overhead cranes, wheel guided cradles etc facilitates simultaneous processing of a number of work orders thus ensuring timely delivery.

MARKETING & ENGINEERING

A team of competent, dynamic engineers to interface with the customers and their demands are employed. Special care is taken in training this team to understand the customer’s requirements correctly, visualize the suitability of products within the customer’s proposed system and finally to recommend an optimal solution. Al Dossary ENCORE has a full-fledged engineering team comprising of a perfect mix of experienced and fresh graduates working across the latest design and drafting softwares to the the on-site project management services.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality checks are routinely carried out, at various material purchase, manufacturing , assembly stages as per the Al Dossary ENCORE's quality procedure. Outcome, of this relentless pursuit, is manifested in the superior quality of the final product.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

In order to ensure trouble-free operation, the equipment needs to be installed correctly and operated as per the prescribed norms. Al Dossary ENCORE’s technical experts undertake to supervise the erection and commissioning of the equipment, as required. While the emergency calls are attended with the top-most priority, pre-scheduled visits are made for carrying out the preventive maintenance activities. Besides conducting training programmes at the customers plant for their technicians, comprehensive assistance is also provided on the scientific management of the spare parts inventory.
